Triumph recently formed a Joint Venture with Brixton Capital, a San Diego based real estate investor and operator. Brixton’s portfolio totals 10M+ square feet and is valued in excess of $1.4 billion. Triumph's mission is to provide investors with attractive current income opportunities while providing liquidity in the private money marketplace.

  • George Flint
    Co-Founder & Co-CEO

    George spearheads the execution of the company’s loan origination strategy and is responsible for growing and managing Triumph’s Correspondent Division.  Since 2003, he has amassed a deep expertise in real estate finance, real estate development & construction management - all of which combined contribute to the success of Triumph’s platform. George received his BS in Financial Services and Economics and MSBA in Finance from San Diego State University.

  • Oliver Austria
    Co-Founder & Co-CEO

    Oliver is responsible for leading the overall strategy for Triumph. Since 2001, he has held key management roles within the mortgage origination, residential redevelopment, and private lending spaces. As a private lender, he has overseen more than $500M in Fix & Flip & Bridge loan originations. Having spent many years as a real estate investor in both the lender and borrower capacity, Oliver has a unique perspective that is critical in growing the firm’s platform while maintaining exceptional risk management. Oliver graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics from Boston University.

  • Ras Abdelrasul
    Chief Operating Officer

    Ras oversees all aspects of the firm’s day to day operations. His role focuses on Credit, Capital Markets, and Portfolio Management. Over the past three years Ras has overseen the origination and acquisition of over $500mm Fix & Flip and Bridge loans. Prior to that, Ras has held key leadership roles in Asset Management, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and Real Estate Finance. Ras completed his undergraduate studies in Finance at the University of Oregon.

  • Brandon Hammermeister
    Chief Sales Officer

    Brandon is responsible for the execution of the firm’s retail & wholesale loan origination strategy as well as cultivating and leading its sales force. With almost a decade of experience financing and structuring over $600M in loans for residential investors, Brandon’s direct hands-on experience in the private lending space is nearly unparallelled. His previous leadership roles in sales and management have made an immediate impact in steering Triumph towards fulfilling its vision for being the premier lending firm in the country for real estate investors. Brandon received his undergraduate degree as well as an MBA in both Finance and Human Resource Management at Southern New Hampshire University.

  • Spencer Medrano Underwriting Manager

    As Underwriting Manager, Spencer maintains oversight on all aspects of the firm’s Underwriting and Fulfillment systems. Prior to coming on board at Triumph Capital Partners, Spencer held key leadership roles in Asset Management, Due Diligence, and Transaction management for industry leaders. Spencer studied mathematics and business at New York Institute of Technology and holds a B.A in Interdisciplinary Studies.

  • Majed Abdelrasul Associate

    Majed is responsible for managing daily activities within Capital Markets, Whole Loan Trading, and Finance. His role focuses on Financial Analysis, Whole Loan Trading, and oversight of Triumph’s Analysts team. Majed joined the firm in April of 2018. Prior to that, Majed held Analyst positions at various firms from Private Equity to Fortune 500 companies. Majed completed his undergraduate studies in Finance at Oregon State University.

  • Cinthia Hudritsch Controller

    Cinthia is responsible for all aspects of the company’s Accounting and Finance. Her role focuses on controllership in the areas of accounting and treasury management, financial statements, strategic planning, budgeting, process improvement, audits, tax compliance, and payroll. Cinthia joined the Triumph Capital Partners in September of 2018. Prior to that, Cinthia has over 15 years of leadership experience in the financial services and Fin-tech sector, where she held a position as Controller for Capital Partners and LoanHero Inc. Cinthia has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin. She received a Master of Accountancy from Golden Gate University.

  • Joseph Neill Servicing & Asset Manager

    Joe is responsible for managing daily activities across Asset Management and Fund Control. His role focuses on servicing oversight and construction draw administration. Joe joined the firm in early 2017. Prior to that, Joe held a Business Analyst and Project Management position at JP Morgan. Joe completed his undergraduate studies in Finance at Stockton University and received an MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia with a specialization in Finance.

  • Janina Heisterkamp Loan Processor

    Janina is responsible for processing and transaction coordination. Her role focuses on preparing loans for final underwriting and ensuring loans close on time. Janina joined the firm in 2017 under an internship program and has continued to evolve her role within the organization. Janina recently completed her undergraduate studies in Business Administration at San Diego State University.

  • Ryan Roberts Sr. Director of Marketing

    For the last 8 years of his career, he’s worked with the world's leading companies and venture-backed startups across various qual/quant marketing functions. The likes of which include globally scoped efforts @ Google, GoPro, Phillips, Bacardi, Vera Bradley, WeatherFlow and numerous other brands. Prior, he held software engineering roles for large-scale e-commerce ventures. Ryan’s extensive technical background, rooted in product management, hardware, and software development lends well to a scientific approach in marketing. 1M units shipped, $22M in retail sell-out on products created.

  • Patrick O'Connor Analyst

    Patrick is responsible for deal analysis, data tracking, and developing reports for the firm. His role focuses on screening new loan applications against guidelines, running market analysis due diligence, and reviewing vendor reports. Patrick joined the firm in early 2017. Prior to that, Patrick worked as an Analyst for other Loan Brokers. Patrick completed his undergraduate studies in Finance at San Diego State University.
